Bristol men admit to setting historic Bucks County mansion on fire
Two Bristol Township men have pleaded guilty to torching a historic Bucks County mansion in February.
Nicholas Ricciardi, 21, and Dennis Rose III, 19, will be sentenced at a later date after admitting in Bucks County Court on Monday to setting the 237-year-old Croydon Mansion on fire on Feb. 22, the Bucks County Courier Times reports.
Ricciardi is a former volunteer firefighter.
Both men pleaded guilty to arson and related charges.
Croydon Mansion is located on Gibson Road in Bensalem. Ricciardi and Rose will have to pay a total of $77,000 in restitution under the plea agreement.
A third Bristol Township man, Michael Kurfuss, 19, is slated to go trial in the arson case on Aug. 2.
Ricciardi and Rose are also facing trial for a robbery, the paper reports.
