Three men died in separate shootings in the Bronx and Brooklyn this weekend.

The carnage began Friday just after 5:40 p.m., when police found Candido Fernandez, 48, with a gunshot wound to the back of his head and torso in front of a Bronx residence.

Fernandez was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

A police investigation determined a black man came up behind Fernandez and shot him in the head. Police said the man handed the gun to a second black male before fleeing.

No arrests have been made and police said the investigation is ongoing.

A few hours later just after 8:30 p.m., another man was shot in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

Police said the victim, who has not been identified, was sitting in a doubled-parked Nissan Maxima when he was shot in the head and torso.

The victim, who was in his thirties, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

The suspect, or suspects, fled the scene after the shooting.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.

Around 1:15 a.m. Sunday, two males were shot in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Cops found Jonny Rosado, 35, with a gunshot wound to his face and an unidentified 24-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Rosado was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The other victim is in stable condition at Lutheran Hospital.

Two individuals were taken into custody with regards to the shooting.
