Drunken driving a factor in serious crash outside Eagles game
Five people were injured in a three-car crash outside Lincoln Financial Field before the Eagles-Chiefs game Thursday night.
Police suspect alcohol played a factor in the crash. At least one person was taken into custody for driving under the influence, according to reports.
The accident happened shortly before 8 p.m. on the 1400 block of Pattison Avenue. Two men, 25 and 27, were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition after they were ejected from their vehicle, CBSPhilly.com reports.
Three other people were treated at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and were listed in stable condition.
