Rene Bruno, 24, allegedly followed the victim as she was exiting the Lorimer Street station in Williamsburg on Jan. 13. As the woman walked up a flight of stairs, he sexually assaulted her and took her phone, police said.

Bruno is described as 5-foot-9 and 180 lbs.
