The elusive and mysterious London-based street artist Banksy is in New York City for the month of October, creating pieces all over town. His project, “Better Out Than In,” showcases his stencils, graffiti and other art installations throughout all five boroughs. Nobody is able to figure out exactly where his art will pop up next.
