UPDATE, 3:45 p.m.: The body found in a Haddonfield, N.J. park Monday evening has been identified as 26-year-old Philadelphia man Reginald Glover.

Glover’s family confirmed his identity. The family told detectives the stab wounds on his body were not a result of foul play and had been treated last month.

Toxicology tests will determine the cause of death.

ORIGINAL: The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is hoping distinctive tattoos inked on a man’s body found dead in a wooded area of Haddonfield, N.J. yesterday will help identify the body.

Ten or 11 stab wounds were also found on the body after an autopsy was performed this morning. The cause of death has not yet been determined although the prosecutor’s office no longer think the death can be ruled as suspicious since the stab wounds appeared to have been treated and sutured at a hospital.

Detectives with the prosecutor’s office think the wounds were treated five to 10 days before the man’s death.

Joggers in Pennypacker Park in the quiet suburban town, about 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia, found the body around 5 p.m. Monday afternoon near the intersection of Marion and Narberth avenues. Reports say it took emergency workers several hours to remove the body from the marsh-like terrain of the park.

Detectives are asking the public to help identify the man through tattoos found on his arms. One tattoo reads “DJ REG” with musical notes, turntables and flames around it. Another tattoo says “Princess #1 Mom” with a crown over the first “M” in “Mom.” A third tattoo says “Gamble” surrounded by dice, flames and a skull.

The man found is described as a light-skinned black male, 5-feet, 7-inches, weighing 130 to 140 pounds, in his early 20s.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Chuck Farrell at 856-225-8400 or email information to ccpotips@ccprosecutor.org.
