Four people were shot and killed in separate incidents in the city during a four-hour span on Halloween night, according to police.

The violence started about 7:30 p.m. in front of Linden Houses in East New York, where 46-year-old Shawn Rhodes was shot multiple times inside a 2002 Chrysler Voyager, police said. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

About an hour later, 19-year-old Anthony Seaberry was shot in the torso outside of 248 E. 31st St. in Flatbush, police said. He was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Then about 11 p.m., police officers shot and killed a gunman in the Bronx while they were responding to a call about shots fired at the Castle Hill Houses. A .45 caliber was recovered at the scene.

About 30 minutes later, 37-year-old Kevin Thompson was shot in the neck in the vicinity of 1834 Park Place in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, police said. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

No arrests have been made in connection with the killings.

The violent night comes just weeks after the city saw a full seven days with zero murders on Oct. 6-14.
