Police are looking for a man they believe is responsible for six sexual assaults at a Queens park since 2011, including the attempted rape of a 13-year-old girl.

The most recent incident occurred last summer, when police said the man approached a 69-year-old woman in Forest Park and stunned her with a Taser about 4:30 p.m. Aug. 26. The man then pushed the woman to the ground and raped her.

A $22,000 reward was offered in connection with the case last September. Late Tuesday, police said they connected the rape with three attempted rapes and two forcible touching incidents in or near the park in the last three years.

On March 29, police said the man approached a 23-year-old jogger from behind in the park and struck her with a stun gun before sexually assaulting her.

Four months earlier on Nov. 28, 2012, a 40-year-old woman jogging with her dog near the southeast corner of the park was approached by the man. Police said he touched her with his exposed genitalia before fleeing.

A 34-year-old woman was approached by the man near Woodhaven Boulevard and Park Lane South on Aug. 15, 2012. He covered her mouth and fondled her before fleeing when she screamed, police said.

On Sept. 7, 2011, police believe the same man approached a 13-year-old girl, covered her mouth with his hand and threw her to the ground. Police said the man tried to remove the teen’s shorts but she fought him off.

The same man is believed to have grabbed a 54-year-old jogger from behind on March 25, 2011. Police said he then threw her to the ground, used a gloved hand to cover her mouth and tried to pull down her pants before she fought back.

After the most recent incident, police described the man as white, 30 to 40 years old and 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 with light brown hair.

Police ask anyone with information about the incidents to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS, submit a tip online or text 274637(CRIMES), then enter TIP577.
