A witness reportedly saw a gray SUV with a man that resembled the suspect hunched over the driver’s seat looking at the bank.

The suspect is described as a white male aged 40 to 50 years old, about 6’1″ and thin with an Eagles knit cap, a red Marlboro cigarettes jacket, and possibly a wig.

The second incident occurred on Monday, March 3, around 1:27 p.m. at a Citizens Bank at 7248 Rising Sun Avenue in Burholme.
