Alleged bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev sent text messages to the three suspects in the days after the Marathon bombings, according to the new federal complaint against three suspects accused of concealing evidence and lying to authorities after the bombings.

*On April 18 Dias Kadyrbayev texted Tsarnaev and told him that he looked like the suspect on TV. Tsarnaev texted back “lol” and other things Kadyrbayev interpreted as jokes such as “you better not text me” and “come to my room and take whatever you want.”

*Authorities said an analysis of Kadyrbayev’s cell phone reflects that the texts were sent on April 18 between 8:43 p.m. and 8:48 p.m.

*The same day Tsarnaev texted Kadyrbayev “I’m about to leave if you need something in my room take it.”
