Names of killed Arizona firefighters released

On Monday evening, the city of Prescott released the names of the 19 men who died in the Arizona fires Sunday.

On Sunday as the blaze swept toward the firefighters, the firefighting “Hotshots” rushed to break out their emergency shelters and take cover under heat-resistant fabric.

When the flames passed, 19 men had died. This is the country’s biggest loss of firefighters in 80 years.

Of the 19 men that died, 14 were young men in their 20s. The men are:
