It’s no surprise Toronto’s crack smoking mayor is one of Bob Marley’s biggest fans. We have the video to prove it. Today, the Toronto mayor took the extra step and made today “Bob Marley Day” in Toronto.

Bob Marley was born February 6 in Nine Mile, Jamaica and passed away in Miami on May 11, 1981.
