A Philadelphia police officer is accused of beating a woman and possibly breaking her nose, investigators said.

Officer Joseph Sees, 48, was taken into custody by Bensalem police after an off-duty altercation.

Sees was involved in a domestic physical altercation with a woman who sustained injuries to her face, including a possible broken nose, authorities said on Tuesday. Neighbors alerted authorities after overhearing the disupte.
