PHOTOS: Sixers’ Joel Embiid plays fans one-on-one at Beach Bash

The 17th installment of the Philadelphia 76ers Beach Bash may have been the most star-studded as Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons played host to the event held at Jack’s Place in Avalon.

Simmons drew the biggest roar as he emerged out onto the man-built court adjacent to the facility. Yet, it was Joel Embiid who left the fans with the most to cheer about as he took on random fans 1-on-1. It was a sequence that featured moments ranging from Embiid swatting a young fan’s shot into the third row of fans to the big man throwing one down on another.

All in all, it was a fun-filled day for the Sixers fan base as the preseason begins to creep up in what is expected to be a pretty entertaining season, something seldom seen in recent memory.
