Whole Foods shoppers can hydrate for their grocery excursion across the street at Sip-N-Glo, which offersjuicesand smoothies ranging from sweet options like the Heatwave— a special for July with watermelon, green tea, lime and mint —to the more adventurous Clean Green, with swiss chard, kale, dandelion greens, cucumber, chlorophyll and parsley.

If you can tear yourself away from the pastry counter packed with Lebanese treats, make your way to the BlissJuicesand Ice Cream section of this spacious restaurant/bakery/grocery store in West Philly for a lemonade with mint, a blendedjuice, or a fruit smoothie made with or without dairy. The smoothies are just two bucks on Tuesdays.

This gluten-free, vegan, kosher café/juicebar goes beyond quick bites with cooking workshops and prepared organic meals.
