Philadelphia police are investigating uncovered skeletal remains, the second such discovery in three days, found in a vacant lot by city workers.
On the 400 block of E. Cambria Street in West Kensington, city workers found the human skeletal remains in a disused lot, NBC reported, adding that the gender of the remains was unknown. This past weekend, another set of skeletal remains, that of a woman, was found in nearby Ridley Creek State Park.
