Phillies Notebook: Phils ink 12 players

The Phillies signed 12 players to major-league contracts, including six pitchers.

Among them were six pitchers: Jeremy Horst, Ethan Martin, J.C. Ramirez, Mauricio Robles, Michael Stutes, Raul Valdes; two catchers: Erik Kratz, Sebastian Valle; and four outfielders: Zach Collier, Tyson Gillies, Ender Inciarte, Darin Ruf.

Pitchers and catchers report to Clearwater, Fla. Next week for the start of spring training. The team will load up their equipment truck Wednesday morning and head out.
