Philadelphia Police announced Tuesday morning that an Oregon teen last seen Sunday night during the Made in America Festival has been found safe.
"Nelson Armstrong has been located and reunited with family," the police department said in a brief announcement released Tuesday morning.
The specifics of where Nelson was for the past day and what happened to him were not immediately clear.

Nelson Armstrong, 19, of Medford, Oregon, went missing at around 11:30 p.m. after having separated from his friends at the concert on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, according to police.
Police said he is unfamiliar with Philadelphia, and are seeking the public's assistance in finding him.
Armstrong is about 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds with a thin build. He has brown eyes and brownish curly hair. He was last seen wearing a tan "Hershey's" bucket hat, a black button-down shirt, nylon shorts, navy Vans sneakers and a leather necklace with a stone attached.
