Thousands of naked cyclists take over streets of Philadelphia

Over the weekend thousands of cyclists bared it all as they cruised nude through the streets of Philadelphia.

The annual Philly Naked Bike Ride event was created to promote positive body image, encourage cycling and to become more mindful of fuel consumption.

Riders used body paint to express their own messages during the 10-mile event that began at the Rocky Steps.

Because Philly never disappoints, here is a roundup of some of the best posts from social media of the Naked Bike Ride. There is some nudity in the following images, but for the most part, people found clever ways to use Emojis before uploading to social media.
