Vince Young not recognized at WWE Monday Night RAW

WWE, a company with a lengthy history of glorifying D-list celebrities, took the high road Monday night. Sure, it was probably definitely an oversight considering in the past they’ve honored such luminaries as Kevin Federline (who wrestled John Cena at a RAW) and Jonathan Taylor Thomas (who beat Bob Backlund at chess at a WrestleMania). But poor Texas alum Mark Henry tried his damned best to get Longhorns great and NFL flame-out Vince Young some pub on RAW.

Announcers Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield are all sports fans of varying degrees, so one would think one of them would have recognized Young. No such luck. Just some random dude in the audience that Henry really likes.
