Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is expected to be healthy for New England’s Week 1 regular season matchup Sept. 8 against Buffalo (1 p.m., CBS).
Amendola returned to practice Monday after being out for a week due to an undisclosed injury.
The former Rams slot receiver has a history of injury issues as he missed 20 games over the past two seasons. He appeared to be injured in the Pats’ preseason game against Tampa Bay after he was hit in the back of the neck.
