This week's list of injured skill players may be shorter than a few of the NFL's previous weeks, but the names are big ones and will likely deliver a few major blows to fantasy teams making a push for the playoffs — or hoping to carry regular season success into them.

Here's a look at the latest on the biggest injured names from Week 11:

A.J. Green, Bengals

Things are not looking good for Cincinnati's ace receiver. Reports from several outlets suggest the wideout has a torn hamstring and will miss the rest of the regular season. The waiver wire will be busy this weekend. Brandon LaFell and rookie Tyler Boyd are likely to get more targets in Green's absence.

LeSean McCoy, Bills

The shifty Buffalo back has had a few prior injuries this season but has played through them all, for the most part. His dislocated thumb is not expected to cause him to miss Week 12 — but you never know, the injuries could pile up. Keep an eye on his status and on the whereabouts of Mike Gillislee, who is a solid replacement.

Darren Sproles, Ryan Mathews, Eagles

Both the Eagles top running backs left Sunday's loss against the Seahawks and did not return. Mathews hurt his knee but is expected to play in Week 12 against the Packers. So is Sproles.

"We'll hold [Sproles] from practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and just see where he's at later in the week, but he should be fine for the game," head coach Doug Pederson said.

C.J. Prosise, Seahawks

The good news is that Thomas Rawls is back and looking healthy. The bad news is his work load will pick up immediately in Week 12 with Prosise expected to be "be out for a while" with a shoulder injury, according to head coach Pete Carroll.

Giovani Bernard, Bengals

Bernard tore his ACL and his season is over. Jeremy Hill, with the help of Rex Burkhead, will take over running back duties in Cincy and both are viable waiver pickups if still available.

T.J. Yeldon, Jaguars

The sophomore running back can't catch a break as injuries threaten to stop his second season as they did his first. An ankle injury will likely sideline him for the time being. Chris Ivory and Denard Robinson will be getting his carries and should be located on the waiver wire.
