Hours before last Thursday’s game against the Jets, it was still unknown if Patriots receiver Danny Amendola would miss any time due to injury.
For Patriots fans, something resembling the worst case scenario is playing out as Amendola missed the game against New York and is expected to miss the next two-to-three games, according to reports.
FOX Sports reported Sunday that Amendola tore the adductors in his hips and it’s possible that he has a sports hernia. According to FOX, Amendola will need surgery if he has a hernia.
