Jordan Crawford leads Celtics past Magic for fourth straight win

After dropping the first four games of the season, the Celtics have now won four straight games following their 120-105 win over the Orlando Magic Monday night at TD Garden -- this after just beating the Magic on the road last Friday night. The 120 points were the most the team has scored in a game this season.

Jordan Crawford led the Celtics with 16 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in arguably his best game as a Celtic. Avery Bradley paced the offense collecting a game-high 24 points, while fellow starters Jeff Green and Kelly Olynk each had 16 points in the win. Off the bench Jared Sullinger had 14, while Courtney Lee added 12 in the win.

The Magic had seven players reach double figures, including all five starters, but it wasn't enough as they dropped their third straight game and remained winless on the road.

The Celtics will return to action Wednesday night (7:30, CSNNE) at home where they will host the Charlotte Bobcats.

What they'll be saying: Not many people envisioned the Celtics being 4-4, especially after their 0-4 start to the year and with their current personnel, but head coach Brad Stevens has done a tremendous job in getting his team back on track and going 4-4 in his first eight games as a professional coach. The Celtics outscored the Magic in every quarter in a game which was never in any doubt. The home team shot 60 percent from the field and forced 19 Magic turnovers, once again playing a factor in the win.
