New York Giants fans received quite a fright on Monday night when both Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall left the team’s second preseason game of the preseason against the Cleveland Browns with injuries.
For a few moments, it looked like Big Blue’s playoff hopes took an enormous hit as the prospect of losing its top-two receivers in August might have been a loss too great for the team to handle.
Every team has experienced some sort of devastating injury during the preseason, which makes the stars’ participation in these meaningless games questionable.
