It's brother vs. sister vs. the other lady on the finale of "The Biggest Loser."

"The Biggest Loser"

REALITY. The season's biggest loser is the winner tonight, taking home $250,000 for having the will power to do something more active than sitting on the couch watching other people lose weight for the last 17 weeks.

Season finale, 8 p.m., NBC

"Uprising: Hip Hop and the L.A. Riots"

DOCUMENTARY. The acquittal of four Los Angeles police officers in the beating of Rodney King 20 years ago sparked riots that led to more than 50 deaths and $1 billion in property damage. That anger and unrest resonated throughout the hip-hop community, as this documentary narrated and produced by Snoop Dogg recalls.

9 p.m., VH1

"Glee"

COMEDY. Rachel and Kurt audition for the New York Academy of Dramatic Arts; guest star Whoopi Goldberg is the one who gives the thumbs up or down to all of their hopes and dreams.

8 p.m., Fox

"New Girl"

COMEDY. Just when we were getting used to Jess dating Fancyman and Nick flexing his d-bag muscles for a string of coeds, the roommates run into their exes (guest stars Justin Long and Mary Elizabeth Ellis), which their friends fear will cause them to backslide.
