Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask was calm, cool and collected Saturday night in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Eastern Conference finals when Penguins star Sidney Crosby got in his face at the end of the second period. Rask took the high road and didn’t take Crosby’s bait.
