It may be the middle of summer, but winter is almost back. “Game of Thrones” will turn the temps way down when Season 7 returns on July 16 at 9 p.m. on HBO. Like Jon Snow, we don’t know much, but there will be dragons, a lot of snow and more big battles than ever before. And it’s all best experienced with a crowd of fellow fans at these watch parties around the city.

White Gold Butchers

With a name like White Gold Butchers, any meat-loving Westerosi know they’re in the right place. “I have to be at work, but I want to watch ‘Game of Thrones.’ See, I’m a problem solver,” says owner Jocelyn Guest, who’s launching weekly themed dinners and watch parties beginning this Sunday. A $55 ticket gets you in at 8 p.m. for a two-hour large-format dinner of three courses — no utensils! — and dessert. Beer and wine are on you, with $15 all-you-can-drink specials. Showtime is at 10 p.m., and if anyone talks, Guest will likely throw animal parts at you. 375 Amsterdam Ave., Upper West Side

The Bowery Beer Garden

Last season’s finale was not the kind of episode that should be watched alone, so arrive by 8 p.m. at Bowery Beer Garden to relive the joy and pain with people who truly understand. All 80 of their widescreen TVs and their covered outdoor beer garden will be screening the episode while you feast on specials like the King of the North Burger ($14) and the drink of queens when they’re not swilling red wine, the Pomegranate Margarita ($8). Doors open at 7 p.m.; reserve by calling 212-343-8111. 93 Bowery, thebowerybeergarden.com

Gallery Bar

Bed-Stuy’s Gallery Bar frequently hosts watch parties for “The Walking Dead,” so expect to make it your local while “Game of Thrones” lasts. They’ll have beer specials to go with your Thai chili chicken wings or all-day Breakfast Burger, with the show on a big screen projector. Stick around after the show to discuss your theories in their backyard. 1056 Broadway, Brooklyn

The Way Station

Brooklyn’s “Doctor Who” bar goes to a land even the TARDIS can’t reach with a viewing party hosted by Ommegang, the official brewery of “Game of Thrones.” Try their newest release, Bend the Knee, and other past hit brews, plus trivia, a cosplay contest and The Manimals performing their GoT concept album “Seven” before showtime. Free entry, events begin at 8 p.m., 683 Washington Ave., Crown Heights

Junoon

How many restaurants are excited enough about the premiere to stage their own skit? Upscale Indian restaurant Junoon is turning its Patiala Lounge into a plush space to watch the show, with projection screens and surround sound plus “Game of Thrones”-inspired cocktails and light bites. Tickets $38 (2 cocktails) or $55 (3 cocktails), both include food, 8:30-11:30 p.m., 27 W. 24th St., eventbrite.com

Durden Bar

Sunday nights at Durden Bar belong to the hordes of Westerors beginning with the premiere through the finale. Brings your fellow Night’s Watchmen for 5 for $20 beer buckets, or opt for one of their frozen cocktails or wines to kick it like Cersei, plus bites like 3 for $10 tacos. Free entry, 213 Second Ave., durdenbarnyc.com

Professor Thom’s

A popular gathering place for fans all year, East Village bar Professor Thom’s has a dedicated upstairs screening room with its own bar, so you’re not stuck sitting next to someone who doesn’t know a Stark from a Lannister. They’ve got a whole day of events ($45) starting with a scavenger hunt from 1-5 p.m. where everyone wins an open bar from 5-8 p.m., plus hourly raffles and a costume contest. Or just show up at 9 p.m. for the free watch party. 219 Second Ave., professorthoms.com

Stone Creek Bar & Lounge

Want to be guaranteed a crowd of fellow fans? Link up with the New York Game of Thrones Meetup group for an invitation to their private party at Stone Creek starting with a screening of the Season 6 finale before a guaranteed reverent silence as the title credits start for Season 7. 140 E. 27th St., Kips Bay

The VNYL

For the cocktail connoisseurs, Union Square’s three-floor VNYL bar and lounge is kicking off a season-long GoT Sunday Series this weekend. Every episode of the new season will be shown on a huge projector screen in its main dining room, with food and drink specials all night. Free entry, 100 Third Ave., thevnyl.com
