BOSTON. A Boston firefighter accused of smoking marijuana inside a department-issued vehicle last week pleaded not guilty yesterday, but was still jailed when a Dorchester District Court judge revoked his bail on a prior domestic violence charge.
Anthony Gaston, 47, is accused of possessing marijuana and prescription drugs following a bust on Dunlap Street in Dorchester on Friday. Gaston is also accused of punching and strangling a woman last June as she led her two daughters to school.
