Bloomberg’s $20M could pay for a lot

NEW YORK. Mayor Bloomberg has spent nearly $20 million — ten times more than his closest challenger — on a campaign for re-election that’s supposed to be a cakewalk. Here’s what $20 million would restore to the mayor’s proposed $59 billion austerity budget for fiscal year 2010.
