Adam Lambert is too hot for the ‘Morning’ crowd

 

 

If you watch morning shows, you’re used to being disappointed in the a.m. But ABC decided to go a little further, canceling Adam Lambert’s sure-to-be-glittery performance on “Good Morning America” this morning.

It seems his risque performance at Sunday night’s American Music Awards — which The Associated Press reports sparked 1,500 complaints from viewers who didn’t appreciate him making out with a male keyboard player — was a little too controversial to slip in between segments on holiday dieting and Thanksgiving tablescapes. (We have to wonder: Would it have been OK if Lambert kissed Lady Gaga? She was, after all, wearing slightly more eyeliner than him.)

The good folks at CBS, however, booked him on “The Early Show,” instead. Thanks, guys — we haven’t gotten action in the morning since college.
