State police charge fiancee of missing kayaker Vincent Viafore with murder
Angelika Graswald told a dramatic and tragic story about the last time she saw her fiance on April 19 to the media and police. The chilly Hudson River waters off Cornwall-On-Hudson got choppy and both their kayaks capsized, throwing them into the drink around 7:30 p.m. Graswald, 35, was rescued.
