"Botched" reality show star Toby Sheldon, who famously paid $100,000 to look like singer Justin Bieber, is dead at age 35.

A friend of Sheldon, whose real name was Tobias Strebel, reported him missing on August 18, saying it was unlike him to vanish and news of the disappearance was only widely reported in recent days.

Authorities actually found Sheldon's body in a San Fernando Valley Motel 6 in Southern California on Aug. 21, police sources told the Los Angeles Times.

TMZ reported that Sheldon may have recently gone through a breakup and, the celeb site said, unspecified drugs were found in his room.

Sheldon, who also appeared in the series "My Strange Addiction," had admitted he had a fear of aging when pictures of his boyish Bieber face went viral in 2013.

'Once Justin shot to fame his face was everywhere and I all I kept thinking when I saw his picture was, "I want to look like him,"' Sheldon said back then.

He kept getting more and more work done when he first spent $8,000 to get hair transplants.
