This spoof video might make you change your mind about Tidal.
A YouTube user called Unnamed Insider uploaded the parody, which reminds us that choosing Tidal allows us to “stop these poor multi-millionaires from losing out to Spotify and other stream services.” The video is fashioned as a charity ad and mentions the celebrities involved in Tidal, such as Jay Z,Kanye West, Beyonce, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Daft Punk, Rihanna and Jack White. The musicians came together in March to co-sign on the streaming service as part of a huge publicity stunt. Unnamed Insider reminds you to pity Jay Z because he was “laughed” out of the billionaire’s club, since he is only a hundred-millionaire, which means he can only afford “one shower of money a day.” The other celebrities are even less fortunate, with only dozens of millions.
