Sixteen people were injured in a large house fire in the Bronx on Sunday evening.
The fire broke out at about 5 p.m. at 2862 Valentine Ave., the fire department reported. The four-alarm blaze soon spread to two neighboring buildings.
A total of 13 firefighters and three residents were hurt, NBC reported. All of the injuries were minor.
It took 180 firefighters to get the fire under control. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
