WESTCHESTER – New York state police arrested a 34-year-old illegal immigrant in Westchester County on Tuesday in connection with a 2001 Long Island rape. According to news reports, Fredi Espana, 34, of Brewster, who was found during an unrelated sexual abuse investigation, used various aliases and fake identification to avoid capture.
