Get ready to show off your curling skills this winter, as a new outdoor rink will open for the season at the Liberty Hotel on Monday. Two to four players will be allowed to play at a time for round of around 30 minutes. CLINK executive chef Daniel Kenney has also created an “après-curling” menu, featuring shishito pepper tempura and pork meatballs. Guests can also enjoy winter-themed cocktails.
