It’s hard to believe that we’ve been hearing Bart Simpson say “Eat my shorts” since 1989, but the world will be graced with the 500th episode of “The Simpsons” this Sunday on FOX.
The episode, titled “At Long Last Leave,” will find the Simpsons driven out of their beloved hometown of Springfield when their fellow neighbors finally give them the boot. They Simpsons join a community from the other side of the tracks and make an unsuccessful attempt to return to Springfield. Look for a cameo from Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, as himself. A special feature song by Alison Krauss will also be included.
