Apparently, everyone spent last weekend bingeing ‘Stranger Things’

Stranger Things Steve and Dustin

The ratings for “Stranger Things” are in — kind of.

The second season of the Netflix original series has been exceedingly popular, according to data Nielsen has mined from Netflix. The company released its latest SVOD measurement this afternoon, and although they haven’t been backed (or authenticated) by Netflix — the company has a whole thing about not releasing their numbers — the digits are crazy promising.

The report cites an audience of 15.8 million viewers (11 million of them adults aged 18 to 49) having watched the premiere of the second season within three days of its launch. And that doesn’t even include mobile.

Nielsen also claims that 361,000 subscribers streamed the second season in its entirety within the first 24 hours of its release. And perhaps even more impressive, at least 4 million subscribers have watched every single episode of the “Stranger Things” series.

The full breakdown — according to The Hollywood Reporter — is below. Sure looks like a lot of people loved (or hated) Bob the Brain.
