It’s one thing for Big Sean to make a naughty double entendre about his thing with Ariana Grande. It’s another for her dad to get involved and act, well, like a dad. Big Sean had posted a picture to Instagram of him with a Detroit Tigers cap, writing: “I gave her that D… #Detroit.” Hello, nurse! Then her dad, Edward Butera, got involved, writing in the comments section, “that D. better be Detroit Sean.” Not since the old “Saturday Night Live” sketch with Steven Seagal as a pop scaring his daughter’s date has a guy’s interaction with a girl’s father been this awkward and unfunny.
