Police arrested a Hempstead man on Monday after cops saw him casing houses.
Marvin Caswell, 25, was spotted checking doors and windows on four separate houses on Ingram Street and Willow Avenue around 2:10 p.m. Monday afternoon for 20 minutes.
Caswell was charged with four counts of second-degree attempted burglary.
