A three-month-old baby girl is dead after going into cardiac arrest on Staten Island Friday night, police said.
Little Jessica Holland was unconscious and unresponsive when police reached the Midland Hotel at 10:45 p.m.
Emergency responders transported the infant to Staten Island University North Hospital. She was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Police questioned and released both parents without charges early Saturday morning.The medical examiner completed the initial autopsy on Sunday and said the results were pending further testing.
