Beefeaters in trouble for alleged harassment

LONDON. Two London Beefeaters have been suspended — with a third still under investigation — for alleged harassment of the Tower of London’s first-ever female Yeoman Warder, the Telegraph reports.

Moira Cameron, 44, has reported persistent persecution, including nasty notes and the defacement of her more-than-$2,000 uniform. Beefeaters are the ceremonial guardians of the River Thames landmark. Cameron became eligible for the position only after 22 years of civic service.
