If there weren’t enough reasons for Calgarians to drink beer, they are getting one more, as Beerfest rolls back into town this weekend.
This ale exhibition will feature over 200 different varieties for brewski lovers to get their hands on.
“If you went both days and tried to try every beer, you couldn’t, there’s too many,” said Lacey Peter, vice-president of the event.
Beerfest isn’t just about beer — it is also about featuring great food and great music as well, said Peter.
Beerfest has sold out of tickets for Saturday and only has about 20 tickets left for Friday; there will be some tickets at the door, but according to Peter, they go fast.
