If you are headed out to the Hamptons next weekend; I have a LYSST of fun activities to do with the children. Yes, of course when we think of the Hamptons we think of the gorgeous beaches, the beautiful landscape and so much more. Here are a few of my favorite activities to do with the children next weekend that are fun and have a bit of adventure.

Surf’s up

If your little ones want to be surfers, make sure to check out Flying Point Surf School in Sag Harbor. They provide private lessons by appointment for every member of the family at various locations in the South Fork.

Looking for a gorgeous child friendly beach? Take the kids to Coopers Beach in Southampton, which was named the best beach in the United States. There is a concession stand and miles and miles of beautiful sand. The kids will make new friends and mom and dad might even be able to catch a few waves together.

Shop for tots

Did you know that there is a new FabULyss children’s store that opened in East Hampton called Lullanest? Parents and children will go ga-ga for the curated merchandise mix in this serene 1,100 square foot baby shop. They have everything from the best strollers to the newest sunhats with UV sunscreen. Make sure to say hello to the beautiful store owner and expectant mom Katerina Williams. She personally curated the best of the best for this store.

Take the kids for a DeLysscious ice-cream, in the heart of East Hampton Village; Scoop du Jour serves up over 40 flavors of ice cream and yogurt. The most popular option is its unique hard yogurt, with no fat and no sugar—even in the popular chocolate peanut butter flavor.

Super sweet

Don’t forget to purchase your tickets to Super Saturday 17. It is Ovarian Cancer Research Fund’s (OCRF) fun-filled, family-oriented, day long fundraiser, complete with a one-of-a-kind designer tag sale, kids’ carnival and activities, a luxury raffle, gourmet treats and over 200 designers. For children at Super Saturday 17, there will be rides and games, as well as arts and crafts galore. New to Super Saturday this year, “Stitched Fashion Camp” will give kids the chance to tap into their inner designer.

Camp DivaLysscious also has many new additions this summer as well from kids rock band Jam With Jamie, an interactive magic show, glitter tattoos, arts and crafts from the Craft Studio, Red Carpet Kids NYC, and much much more! Kids have become such an integral part of Super Saturday as more and more families look forward to this amazing day. Why should the parents have all the fun?! Balloons, face painting, Ferris wheel, video games and shopping for an amazing cause.

Don’t forget the sunscreen!
