The 2016-17 college basketball season hasn’t even gotten underway yet and the NBA season just kicked off two weeks ago, but it’s already time to start keeping tabs on the top-notch players in the NCAA and where they could wind up next summer. There’s no clear-cut No. 1 here, in fact, there’s a good chance half of the players on this initial mock won’t be near the first round by Christmas.
