The Indianapolis Colts could be in hot water for not disclosing injuries to quarterback Andrew Luck. FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reported Sunday that Colts start quarterback Andrew Luck has been playing with multiple fractured ribs.

“We will look into it, “NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio.

Luck broke his ribs against the Tennessee Titans on Sept. 27, according to Glazer. The Colts never mentioned a rib injury on their injury reports as Luck missed time with a right shoulder injury earlier this season. Luck was not even listed on the Colts’ injury report last week against the Saints.

“Our injury reports are accurate,” Colts GM Ryan Grigson told Florio.

Falsifying injury reports are a major violation of NFL rules and could result in severe penalty for Indianapolis by way of fine or suspension.

In 2014, the NFL looked into claims by former New England Patriots players Aqib Talib and Brandon Spikes that the Patriots falsified injury reports but the league cleared New England after an investigation.
