Cyclist killed in Back Bay crash

A woman riding her bike through the Back Bay was hit and killed in a crash on Friday morning.

The woman, who police say was in her 20s, what hit at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave. and Beacon Street. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Officials said that she was clipped by a large truck, and the driver may not have noticed hitting her. The truck did not stop.

Police are working on identifying the driver through surveillance footage.
