Academy Award-winning director Oliver Stone is scheduled to discuss his new film, "Snowden," on Monday at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Stone will be interviewed at the forum by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Ron Suskind.

“Snowden” is set to be released in theaters Friday. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as former CIA employee Edward Snowden, who in 2013 leaked classified information revealing the National Security Agency’s global surveillance programs.

Snowden is living in Russia, where he was granted asylum.

The event is organized by the John F. Kennedy Forum at the Institute of Politics, which regularly hosts leaders in politics, media and business.
