Marchesi’s lawyer asked the judge for a lesser bail set between $1,000 and $5,000, claiming that many of the guns would prove to be antiques or BB guns. According to Universal Hub, his mother and sister told the judge that they would not post a bail that high until he could get into a heroin addiction treatment center.
Marchesi, 27, faces several counts of illegal firearms possession, illegal ammunition possession, and possession of IED’s.
